This house in Mahtomedi had a dormer addition and new exposed overhangs and tails on the roof. The dormer maximizes the upstairs living space in this home while the new overhangs add functional style.

Here is an addition that we completed in Northfield.

This is a perfect example that you don't have to spend a lot of money to update your kitchen. We took down a few walls so that it opened up the kitchen to the rest of the living space, giving it a modern floor plan. We added new flooring and a beautiful custom built island. New recessed lights brighten the area.

This 940sq ft addition provided all the added space the homeowner desired. The highlights of the kitchen include Energy Star appliances, dark oak cabinets, and an over sized island with a prep sink. A built-in desk area provides an optimal spot for the home computer and serves as a bill pay center. Throughout the addition oak floors present an allergen free environment while providing effortless care. Four skylights afford an abundance of natural light within the main living area. The centerpiece of the living room is a soap stone fireplace, set off by a custom stone wall. The master suite incorporates an oversized walk-in closet as well as a master bathcomplete with custom tile featuring custom mosaic.

Here is a kitchen renovation in Champlin.

This old Victorian home was built in the late 1800's. The old siding and roofing are being replaced, the new siding will be made of LP Smartsiding. This is a beautiful home.here to add text.

We are starting a bathroom remodel in Northfield. The homeowners will be getting a new deep soaking tub with a shower, new pedestal sink and a custom built in storage cabinet. We also added another 10 sq ft by bumping the wall out. here to add text.
