This house in Mahtomedi had a dormer addition and new exposed overhangs and tails on the roof. The dormer maximizes the upstairs living space in this home while the new overhangs add functional style.
Here is an addition that we completed in Northfield.
This is a perfect example that you don't have to spend a lot of money to update your kitchen. We took down a few walls so that it opened up the kitchen to the rest of the living space, giving it a modern floor plan. We added new flooring and a beautiful custom built island. New recessed lights brighten the area.
This 940sq ft addition provided all the added space the homeowner desired. The highlights of the kitchen include Energy Star appliances, dark oak cabinets, and an over sized island with a prep sink. A built-in desk area provides an optimal spot for the home computer and serves as a bill pay center. Throughout the addition oak floors present an allergen free environment while providing effortless care. Four skylights afford an abundance of natural light within the main living area. The centerpiece of the living room is a soap stone fireplace, set off by a custom stone wall. The master suite incorporates an oversized walk-in closet as well as a master bath complete with custom tile featuring custom mosaic.

This old Victorian home was built in the late 1800's. The old siding and roofing are being replaced, the new siding will be made of LP Smartsiding. This is a beautiful home.here to add text.
The homeowners were ready for a change and that is what they got. We opened up the wall between the dining room and the kitchen to create an open atmosphere. They chose natural maple cabinets, Cambria countertops with undermount stainless steel sinks, under cabinet lighting.We also added hardwood flooring to match the existing hardwood throughout the house. New lighting, tiled backsplashes and soft colors added a lot of warmth to this space. They are very happy with this beautiful new kitchen and will enjoy it for many years to come.
We just completed this basement finish in Inver Grove Heights. Highlights include custom cherry woodwork, cabinets and built-ins. This is an amazing space that the homeowners needed for their family to enjoy. This additional 1200 sq ft includes a family room, wet bar, full bathroom, murphy bed and plenty of extra storage. here to add text.
This is a kitchen remodel we finished in Dundas. The homeowners wanted a more open feeling throughout the kitchen and dining room. They chose gray raised panel custom built cabinets with Cambria tops. They added task lighting which included recessed lights, under cabinet lighting and pendants over a new custom built island.
This house in Eagan was a complete remodel due to a lightning strike. Here are a few pictures of the new kitchen with Cherry cabinets, crown moulding and stainless steel appliances. The countertops are laminate.
This project in Arden Hills was a complete exterior remodel. The homeowners chose new Marvin windows, James Hardie siding, aluminum soffit and fascia and a new Therma Tru front door with hardware. We also did work on the deck, porch and interior as well. The deck has new cedar decking with bronze metal balusters. Custom T&G was added in the fireplace room.
