This isn't really a before & after. The before was an empty field. We custom built this home for the Chester family. The exterior is James Hardie cement siding. This product has a 50 year warranty. It's a great GREEN choice because it is a cement product. This homes basement was constructed using the Reward wall system. It is an energy efficient system, with an R-value of R-32 versus R-5 on a block wall. The interior can be seen on several of the other pages.
This home originally had old siding that was too much maintenance. We replaced it with LP Smartside siding which is maintenance free and has a 7 year paint warranty and 30 year transferrable warranty. Smartside is a GREEN product.ihere to add text.

We finished this bathroom "facelift" last spring. It previously had a linoleum floor and unsightly tile in the shower. We replaced both with a beautiful travertine, that did a great job of warming up the room. Now it truly is a master bath.
This bathroom was in need of a face lift and what a face lift it received. Out with the old green tile, vanity and toilet and in with the new marble throughout the entire bathroom. This townhome had a deck built originally but was too small for the homeowners. They decided to use the existing deck and add on to it to make a great 3 season porch that gave them an additional 140 sq ft of out door living space which includes a vaulted ceiling..
